We customize your event so it is as unique as you. There are no packages to choose from, there are no rules on what we can do, and we personalize every aspect to suit you.
For every event, we will meet with you to learn what your expectations are, discussing any concerns or questions that may arise. We work with you from proposal to honeymoon, from January to NYE, from pre-season to Super Bowl. You want to have a party, and we want to plan it!
Full Design and Coordination is perfect for the person who wants help planning their big day from the start. I will help cover all the details. We will work together to create a theme, choose colors, create your décor, and personalize your event to be a direct reflection of you. With your event vision, I will provide vendor recommendations to you of the greatest quality that work with your budget and offer the services that will make your event exactly how you picture it.
Starting at $6000 (based on 150 guests)
Partial Coordination is for the person who is still looking for help with event design, vendor selection and management, and someone to help manage and execute the event day. This person commonly has selected a few of their vendors but doesn't quite have the event completely planned.
Starting at $3000 (based on 150 guests)
Day / Month of Coordination is for the person who would like some extra assistance in the month prior to their event. At this point, you have completed almost all of the planning process for your big day but would like someone to be there to tie up the loose ends. A month prior to your event, I will maintain contact with the vendors to ensure a smooth and flawless execution.

Corporate Events, Trade Shows, & Meetings are where we thrive. All the details and logistics can be chaotic and we live for these types of events. We are an extension to your company, so consider us your “in-house” event services team! We handle everything from venue choice to ticket sales so we can make our event as successful as your company.
Pricing varies based on event type.
A La Carte is perfect if you need someone to deisgn your event, give you vendor suggestions, research, or assistance leading up to the day of the event. We love to package this with a Day of Coordinator.
