Discussing anxiety and stress is not the most fun topic, I want to teach you how to relax and just breathe. I have learned some coping skills recently that might be able to help. I’ll share strategies I’ve used in the past to keep myself positive and optimistic in the most inopportune times. I’m not a doctor. Just a normal every day wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend (among others). Sometimes I need to remember I am also a person that needs to put her own mask on before she can help others.
